Payment
As a company that caters to a global community we have adopted the US dollar as our default currency. Accordingly, all amounts shown in our online purchase options are in United States Dollars (USD). Any currency conversion costs, or other charges incurred in making a payment, shall be borne by you and shall not be deductible from the amounts due to Technical Support Limited.
Payments can be made by credit card (including Visa and MasterCard debit cards) using our online payment processor Stripe, or for account customers, by direct credit to our ANZ Bank Account. (Direct credit details will be on your invoice or email notification if you use this payment option).
Cancellation
You may only cancel your order prior to it being despatched. All cancellation requests must be made via the Contact Us form on our website. Please quote the order number when doing so. Refunded amounts for payments made by credit or debit cards in a foreign currency may differ, as the current exchange rate for the refund may reduce or increase the amount refunded in relation to the original amount paid.
Returns
In the unlikely eventuality of receiving a faulty promotional enamel pin or challenge coin/token we will replace it free of charge. We are unable to refund for purchases of any eBooks.
Warranties
Technical Support Limited does not make any representation, guarantee or commitment to you that any of our publications will be error free, and that they are supplied for information purposes only.
Every effort has been made to make sure they are as complete and accurate as possible, however, there may be mistakes in typography or content. Also, our publications are for information only, they should be used as a guide – not as the ultimate source.

Intellectual Property
At all times, Technical Support Limited and/or its partners and licensors, remain the owner of the intellectual property in relation to the publications we sell, and the online content we post. This includes designs of all enamel pins/badges, challenge coins or other such tokens. In most cases, reproducing our post content on a website will be permissible subject to a link being provided back to the original post. Permission to do so must be approved first.
Save as expressly set out in these online terms, or as otherwise agreed by Technical Support Limited, you may not: modify, copy, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit, make available, disseminate, or distribute in any way any of our publications or posted online content.
